Please note that pets are not allowed and reservations from groups of young people are not accepted.

  • Check-in end time: 12 AM
  • A € 1000 security deposit will be required upon arrival and will be fully refunded if no damage is found at the property.
  • Check-out end time : 10 AM
  • This time may be adjusted upon request, subject to the villa’s availability and our confirmation.
  • Our villas are family-friendly and well suited for guests travelling with children.
  • A baby cot can be provided upon request.
  • Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full.
  • For cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the reservation becomes non-refundable.
  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel the booking, all amounts paid will be fully refunded within 7 days of the cancellation notice.
